I have had to suffer stress incontinence getting worse in my 40s, to a level where I needed to wear a nappy to go for a walk - and with ADHD my mental health depends on me being physically active! I saught help through the trust and met with a consultant who didn't listen - and in the hope of sorting out my situation I ended up with a front and rear prolapse along and part hysterectemy walking out of that hospital in a markedly worse situation than when I walked in. I stopped going on long fresh walks - that I had previously done practically every morning.
